Golden Valley Property Management, LLC launched GV EDGE in March 2011.  GV EDGE is an internet-based information center for owners and board members to access information quickly and efficiently with real-time data.  We are giving you the EDGE.

You as a homeowner now have secure access to your specific property data 24 hours a day.  By logging in with your user name and password you can change your phone number, email address or review your payment history.  You also have the capability to view your architectural requests and compliance history electronically (since January, 2011).  Lastly, you can print the Association's governing documents (Articles, Bylaws & CC&Rs), current year budget, plus other community-specific documents.

Board members have their own secure access to detailed association business and management processes including maintenance work orders and violations at the community level with drill-down capabilities to the unit/lot.  On the financial side, board members can view delinquencies and collections activities.  By utilizing GV EDGE, the board has up-to-date information for when they make key decisions affecting the whole community.
