Community Manager
Senior Community Managers are the primary contact with boards of directors, homeowners, and private contractors serving the association. This active position includes inspecting the assigned communities on a weekly basis, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, solicitation of bids, preparation for and attending board meetings (usually in the evening), presentation of all financials, working hand-in-hand with an administrative assistant.  Effective written and oral communication required.

Accountant/Bookkeeper
Accountant/Bookkeepers provide selective accounting services to all associations. This includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, maintenance of checking/savings accounts, production of cash financial reports, follow up on delinquent accounts, and interaction with CPAs during audits and reviews.

Administrative Assistant
There are different types of AA positions at Golden Valley Property Management.   Some are clerical, involving: filing, routing, copying, and processing of mail and faxes. Others are secretarial: preparing violation letters, preparing resales packets and working with title agencies, and regular contact with contractors and board members.   All of which require a competent and cheerful attitude along with computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel).  TOPS Software experience preferred.

Maintenance/Handyman
The maintenance/handyman position requires the ability to work outside at an association's property, in a homeowner's home and in an office building environment.  Being knowledgeable in plumbing, light electrical, carpentry and other fields makes you a perfect fit with our needs.  Efficient and being able to work independently is a must for this self-motivating position.

Company-wide Activities
Mr. Latz, president of GVPM, knows that GVPM's employees are his #1 asset and how important their mental and physical well-being is to how they communicate with our board members and homeowners.  Therefore, he hosts company-sponsored events on a regular basis.  Over the past few years, his group has gone to sporting events, played pool, gone bowling, and enjoyed a BBQ with Mr. Latz as chef and server.  We will periodically upload pictures of our employees at these events.  Feel free to reach out to them directly and ask how they enjoy working for GVPM.
