"After a new Board of Directors was voted in at La Corona, we decided we did not care for the old property management company and gave them notice. But that company quit before we wanted it to. That left us with no management and a brand new board that knew nothing of running an HOA. We were a little upset, nervous and worried. Not wanting to jump into an agreement with just any property management company, we interviewed about five or six different entities. We had talked to Mickey Latz at Golden Valley Property Management, and he said since we were in such a mess that he would personally be our manager if hired. Keeping his word, Mickey has come to the meetings every month and he knows how to run them so well. He even trained us to run our own meetings."

"We had another management company before Golden Valley Property Management, and at one time we had pretty good service from them. But then we lost our representative and we were assigned another representative. Things slowly deteriorated from that point. So we decided to go with someone else.
