Started in 1992 as Fountain View Realty and solely based in Fountain Hills, AZ, the owner, Scott Brendemuhl, sold his HOA division to Michael Latz and retired from the HOA business in 2003.  After Latz purchased the business, he changed the name to Golden Valley Property Management.  He selected the name for three reasons:

1) He hails from Golden Valley, Minnesota

2) Phoenix is called the Valley of the Sun

3) We hold ourselves up to the Gold standard in caring for our clients

Since starting out in 2003, Latz has built an organization from Fountain Hills to Glendale to Mesa/Chandler/Gilbert.  And in 2006 he opened up a second office and new headquarters in central Phoenix at 1121 E Missouri Ave (12th Street, North of Camelback).
