To Make A Payment

On May 18, 2011, we began using a new payment processing company for owners who want to pay their HOA fees by credit card or e-check.  In order to sign up for this service, we need to give you a user name and password.  Click here  to request these items and we will email them to you within one business day.  Transaction fees vary and are based on the amount of the transaction.  Credit cards accepted are: 

  • Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Visa
  • E-checking (an online payment from your savings or checking account) is also available and the least expensive option available.

IF YOU RESTRICT POP-UPS ON YOUR BROWSER, THIS WINDOW WILL NOT OPEN.  ALLOWING POP-UPS IS REQUIRED.  A quick way to bypass your pop-up restriction is to enter your user name and password. Then hold down the control key on your keyboard and click "login".

If you would like your user name and password or are having problems logging in, Click Here and email us or call us and have your account ID handy (on your coupon book or quarterly statement) for identification.

Click on "Accounting" to pull up your personal ledger and view the payment button.

  

If you want to make a payment without incurring any service fees, download the Direct Pay Authorization Form from the web portal and return it to our office with a voided copy of your check.  We will then withdraw your assessment on the 8th day of the month that it is due.
