Resale Disclosure Package - documents used by title companies during the resale of an existing property.
Bank-owned Resale Disclosure Package - document package similar to the above, but includes a homeowner ledger and W-9.
Refinance Statement - documents used by mortgage companies, title companies and attorneys when the property is being refinanced.
New Home-Lot Closing Statement - documents used during the initial sale of a property, normally with the developer as the seller.
Covenants Compliance Inspection - an inspection report on the property describing any known or observed violations of the CC&Rs.
Updated Covenants Compliance Inspection - a follow-up inspection requested after the one above has been previously completed.
Lender/Mortgage Questionnaire - used by mortgage lenders as part of the mortgage application process for the sale of a property.
Governing Documents - Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, CC&Rs and other documents used to govern the Association, which are available to interested parties.
Appraisal Report - information about the Association and its amenities to assist an appraiser in determining the value of a property.
Realtor Report - information about the Association and its amenities to assist a Realtor in marketing a property.
Occupancy Report - information showing the number of primary, secondary and rental residences in an Association. |
